Chrizia Affittacamere is just a 5-minute drive from the Dolci Terre exhibition center which
takes its name from the now famous Enogastronomic Review held in Novi Ligure every year in the first days of December and is adjacent to the Museo dei Campionissimi.
The Fair Center, with a total area of 3,300 square meters, has been organized into two interconnected and interacting sectors: a reception area and a booth area, and is equipped with kitchen space.
The first area is called "The Square" (750 sq. m.) with a balcony and corridor on the upper floor. Its main characteristic is its versatility: in fact, it is a reception area and institutional area during exhibition events or it can host particularly bulky or striking stands, or again, it can be separated from the stand area to host theatrical, musical, sports events, concerts, high-profile conferences, and presentations. Equipped with a stage (10x8m), chair park, it can accommodate about 425 people.
The booth area (1,910 sq. m. exhibition space excluding warehouses and square), divided according to 27 modules of 20 sq. m. each, which can be further divided if necessary, is equipped with technological columns, for versatile arrangement of booths, warehouses accessible to transport vehicles for loading and unloading of goods, parking, large illuminated entrance plaza embellished with garden with ornamental plants. Ideal space for exhibition events, markets, auctions.
